Wil Deahl – Lead Pastor

Wil became our Lead Pastor in 2004 and the dress code at church has never been the same since.  Wil is the creative catalyst for the vision of crosspoint.  He has a BHAG (Big Harry Audacious Goal) of connecting with people from our community who don’t “do church.”  Every week he passionately leads the church to discover more about God and in doing so we always discover more about ourselves (funny how it never works the other way around).  When Wil isn't thinking “church” he’s enjoying time with his family; Cheryl his beautiful wife, his son Noah and his daughter Miri.  Their favorite getaway is a good day of wakeboarding at the lake.

Paul Olde – Associate Pastor

Paul Olde joined the staff as full-time Associate Pastor in March of 2006 after completing a 20-year career as an Air Force pilot and a few years as a Financial Advisor.  He leads crossoint’s Music Ministry, and oversees the Coffee Shop and the Tech and Men's Ministries.  He was active in our Music Ministry for many years as a volunteer before coming on staff. Paul enjoys singing and playing the guitar; watching football (Gig ‘Em Ags! and How ‘Bout Them Cowboys!); soccer; snow skiing; and spending time with friends and family. Paul has been married to his smokin’ hot wife (and the Director of Operations), Christie, for over 20 years and has two great children, Samantha and Michael.  Contrary to popular belief, Paul does have a sense of humor.

James Lewis - Student Pastor

Who says bald is beautiful? The wife of student pastor James Lewis does! James joined the crosspoint staff in April of 2010 and brings energy and a passion for students of all ages to the ministry. While assisting in graphic design for various ministries throughout the church, James enjoys building relationships with his students, the staff and others involved in crosspoint. He also enjoys being outside in the awesome Texas heat taking pictures, and when he’s not at the office or taking pictures, he can be found enjoying “Date Days” with his wife, Adrienne, and playing with Legos with his two energetic sons, Nason and Jakin.

Michele Flournoy – Kidz Pastor

Michele became our full-time KidzPastor in 2006. Michele and her husband, Kyelan, have been married since 1983 and have 3 kids.  Derek, Brittney and Dakota.  They have been members here since the beginning of crosspoint, and are excited about all that God is doing in the lives of people.  In addition to being crazy about God and her family…Michele loves trucks…boots…and the Spurs! GO SPURS GO! “Teaching kidz about Jesus and how much He loves them and how to have a relationship with them, is truly a special thing.  Doing it in a fun and creative way that gets them excited about Jesus…is incredible”!!

Christie Olde – Director of Operations

Christie joined our staff in May of 06.  She was a stay at home mom for 17 years and has been a long time member and volunteer at crosspoint. She is the president of the crosspoint Band’s fan club and follows them everywhere they play.  She seems to have a little crush on the “Leader of the Band”.  That could be because she has been married to him since 1986. She has 2 fabulous children, Samantha & Michael.  Our family loves spending time together. Christie has a real passion for the vision of crosspoint.  She loves her job & the staff she works with and has to be told often to go home!!!

Roxanne Ramos –Administrative Assistant

In October 2008, Roxanne joined our staff.  She never, in her wildest dreams, thought she’d be working for a church.  She grew up catholic and really didn’t know Jesus until she started coming to crosspoint.  At the invitation of her two young kids, she was able to realize that a relationship with God was what she needed.  Before she was hired, she was a crosspoint volunteer for several years.  Roxanne has been married to Felix the love of her life since 1989. They enjoy spending time with their children Zach, and Ashley, both high school students and are very proud of the individuals that they are becoming.  Roxanne adds professionalism to our staff and loves being with other Christ followers each day.  She’s learned what it means to have great friends!
